本文阐述了天津石化公司化工部油品装置中的罐区增加氮封系统的创新,同时利用霍尼韦尔公司EPKS分散控制系统实现了过程参数的集中采集、远程监视和实时控制。重点论述了系统的组成和控制方案,对更新改造的问题进行了分析和攻关。

This thesis expound adding nitrogen sealing for 11 tank ,as well as the innovation in oil product device of Tianjin Petrochemical Industries Co .As the same time collection,remote monitoring and real-time control of parameters were achieved by the HoneyWell Company EPKS automatic control system. The focuses is the composition and control scheme of the system,as well as the analysis and research of problem about the process of renewal.
