摘要
功能安全是安全仪表系统设计和运行管理中的核心问题之一,是衡量系统安全和可靠的重要手段。本文从检测元件、逻辑控制单元和执行元件三个方面分析西气东输二线工程安全仪表系统的功能安全,并为提高系统的功能安全提出具体的优化建议。
It is pointed out Functional Safety is one of the core issues in the design and management of Safety Instrument system.It is an important means to measure system safety and system reliable. This paper analyses Functional Safety of Safety Instrument system on the basis of detection element：logic control unit and execution element in Second west-east Gas Pipeline.It discusses speciifc optimization recommendations to improve Functional Safety.
