肠粘膜上皮细胞在粘膜免疫调节中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 肠粘膜上皮细胞是调节宿主粘膜表面自然免疫与获得性免疫的主要细胞。近年来的研究证实 ,IECS 可以发挥多种免疫调节功能 ,如抗原提呈功能 ,分泌细胞因子 ,表达粘附分子等 ,本文重点介绍其分泌的几种细胞因子包括IL 1Ra ,IL 7,IL 8,TGF β 。
