摘要
登革病毒是一种危害较严重的病原体 ,在世界范围内的流行颇为频繁 ,然而目前仍设有安全有效的疫苗。近年来 ,人们对传统疫苗 (灭活疫苗、减毒疫苗和亚单位疫苗 )及新型疫苗 (cDNA疫苗、嵌合体疫苗和DNA疫苗 )的研究已取得了一定的成果。
