摘要
管材技术标准和管道设计规范是工程材料选择的直接依据,系统理解标准规范的含义才能确保管材的合理选择。近年来,石油行业非金属管道在投入运行后发生破损泄漏的现象时有发生,不仅有施工质量和材料质量的问题,也有标准规范执行不彻底的原因。文章依据管材技术标准和管道设计规范,结合具体案例,从管材的性能及适用范围、管道的结构设计两个方面对泄漏原因进行解析,以期为非金属管在石油行业中得到更好的应用提供参考。
Pipe material technical standards and pipeline design codes provide directly the basis of engineering material selections, and only systematically understanding meanings of the standards and codes can ensure reasonable selections of pipe materials. In recent years, damage and leakage phenomena of non-metallic pipelines in petroleum industry occur frequently after the pipelines being put into operation. The causes include not only the problems in pipeline material quality and construction quality, but also incomplete execution of standards and codes. Based on the pipe material technical standards and the pipeline design codes, this paper analyzes pipeline leakage causes with respect to pipe material performance and applicable scope by combining with practical cases. It expects to offer reference for further applications of non-metallic pipes in petroleum industry.
