摘要
管道振动是炼油化工生产中比较棘手的问题,影响着生产的安全平稳运行及管道的使用寿命,振动原因比较复杂,从何处入手消除管道振动是工程设计和施工中一直在探讨的问题。文章针对某石化公司罐区柴油装船管道出现的振动问题,从生产实际及设计、施工等方面入手,全面分析振动原因,提出多项处理措施,不仅解决了该装船管道的振动问题,还可为同类工程的设计和施工提供借鉴。
Pipeline vibration is a hard problem to deal with in petroleum processing and petrochemical production, which affects the production safety and pipeline service life. The causes of vibration are complicated and how to absorb vibration is always the problem to be investigated. Aiming at the vibration problem occurring in the pipeline for loading diesel oil to ship in the oil tank zone of a petrochemical company, this paper brings forward several measures to deal with the problem based on the comprehensive analysis of vibration causes from production practice, design and construction. These measures not only solve the pipeline vibration problem, but also provide useful reference for design and construction of similar projects.
