摘要 螺旋地锚压载技术与传统的压载技术相比,具有体积小、重量轻、运输方便、安装快捷、工程造价低、稳管能力强等特点,可防止管道产生横向和纵向位移,能够保障管道长期安全运行。文章以螺旋地锚压载技术在国内江南水网大口径长输管道施工中的首次应用为例,详细介绍了螺旋地锚的结构、规格、性能及其安装要点,验证结果表明,该项施工技术经济、实用、可靠,具有较好的应用前景。 Compared with the traditional pipeline ballast techniques, the screw anchors have many advantages, such as small, light and convenient to transport and fix, cheaper and strong stability. It can prevent transversal and longitudinal displacements of pipeline and ensure pipeline Iongtime safe operation. In this paper, the first domestic application of screw anchor technique in the large diameter long-distance pipeline construction in Jiangnan water network area is taken for example to illustrate the structure, specifications, function and installation of the screw anchors. The engineering practice validates that the screw anchor technique is economical, practical, reliable and has good application prospect.
