摘要
普光气田天然气净化厂为川气东送工程核心部分,而两具重型超高全焊接式火炬又属于净化厂关键控制性工程。火炬塔架为三棱台结构,内设高、低压放空火炬筒体,每具火炬总质量约469.78 t,高136.2 m。文章介绍了针对火炬塔架高、质量大、现场作业场地狭窄等施工难点而制订的火炬总体施工方案,具体阐述了塔架预制方案、预制精度控制措施、吊装方案和吊装实施要点。完成两具火炬的预制及吊装施工仅用时3.5个月,吊装一次就位率100%,验证了预制质量控制措施及分段吊装方案的可行性,确保了整个火炬吊装工程的顺利实施。
The Natural Gas Purification Plant of Puguang Gas Field is the core part of Sichuan to East Gas Pipeline Project, and the two heavy ultrahigh all-welded type gas flares are the key equipment of the plant. The structure of the flare tower is truncated triangular pyramid with a high pressure vent flare cylinder and a low pressure vent flare cylinder in it, each flare has the total mass of 469.78 t and the height of 136.2 m. Aimed at the construction difficulties such as high and heavy flare towers and limited operation site, whole construction plan of the flares is made and the prefabrication scheme, precision control measures, hoisting scheme and its implementation key points are described in detail. The prefabrication and hoisting operation of the two flares are completed in 3.5 months and the primary rate of precisely positing the flares reaches 100%. The construction practice validates reliability of the prefabrication quality control measures and sectionally hoisting scheme, and the whole flare hoisting project is fulfilled smoothly.
