基于法布里-珀罗波长选择器的毫米波信号产生的研究

摘要 随着移动增值服务的快速增加,对无线通信带宽的需求越来越高,光纤无线电系统作为宽带无线接入系统受到越来越多的关注。理论分析了将法布里-珀罗(F-P)波长选择器引入光纤无线电系统中从可调谐激光器中选出两束相位近似相等的相干光,利用光外差的原理经过光电探测器接收之后产生的毫米波信号,降低了相位噪声对产生的毫米波信号的影响。通过仿真发现在带通滤波器的输出端产生了频率为两束相干光频率差60GHz的毫米波信号,分析了随着光纤的长度增加,信号在光纤中的损耗越来越大,噪声也随之增加,毫米波信号的功率越来越低。 People are paying more attention to the application of radio-over-fiber (ROF) for broad-band wireless access systems recently which are capable of providing the anticipated demand for future broad-band interactive services. Two beam phase approximately equal coherent light are selected from the tunable laser by the fabry-perot (F - P) wavelength selector ,the 60GHz millimeter wave signal is produced by photoelectric detector with the principle of optical heterodyne and the phase noise is reduced. The receiving millimeter wave signal changes are analyzed with optical fiber transmission distance change.
