摘要
本文对基于空间同步移相的1/4波片相位延迟量的测量误差进行了分析。检偏器阵列的方位角误差是引起波片相位延迟量测量误差的主要原因。分析结果表明波片相位延迟量的测量误差跟波片的快轴方位角有关。当待测1/4波片的快轴方位角为45°时,其相位延迟量测量结果基本不受检偏器阵列的方位角误差影响。因此,空间同步移相技术不仅可以实现1/4波片相位延迟量的快速测量,还可实现精确测量。
In this paper, measurement error for retardation of quarter-wave plate based on simultaneous phase technique is ana- lyzed. Azimuth errors of analyzer array are the main reason for measurement error of retardation of quarter-wave plate. Analysis result shows that the measurement error for retardation of quarter-wave plate is associated with fast axis direction of the quarter-wave plate. If the fast axis azimuth of quarter-wave plate is 45~, retardation measurement of quarter-wave plate is affected by azimuth errors of an- alyzer plate. So simultaneous phase shifting technique can not only achieve rapid retardation measurement of quarter-wave plate, but alan accurate measurement.
