我国牦牛占全世界牦牛总数的 85%以上。在西藏有牦牛 370万头。牦牛肉质鲜美 ,营养价值高 ,牦牛的全身 (毛、皮、肉、乳、血、内脏、骨、角 )都有深度开发价值。文章扼要地介绍了牦牛的特性 ,阐述了牦牛制品、牦牛肉腌制品、干制品等系列食品 ,营养、保健食品的深度开发和市场前景。
The number of bos grunniens in China accounts for more than 85% of the total number in the world.In Tibet,the number is 3.7 million.Except the delicious and highly nutritional meat,the other parts,including hair,hide,milk,blood,viscera,bone and horn,are also valuable for further development.It is therefore a great treasure for the west part of China.The characters of bos grunniens, the product made of its meat and food serial, such as pickled food and dried food are brieflyintroduced.
