激光诱导击穿光谱对水系沉积物的分类及铬元素测定的研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于激光诱导击穿光谱技术对水系沉积物中铬元素进行快速定量检测为目的,利用激光诱导击穿光谱仪对标样和样品进行了分析,建立了标样中铬元素浓度与其激光诱导击穿光谱强度间的定标曲线,线性相关系数达到0.992,得到了样品中的铬含量。同时利用主成分分析方法对样品进行了分析,结果表明LIBS技术可用于水系沉积物的分类和鉴定的研究。 A quantitative analysis of chrome content in stream sediment was conducted by means of the technology of laser-in- duced breakdown spectroscopy.The LIBS instrument manufactured is used for testing stream sediment samples and the certified refer- ence samples,stream sediment samples containing different concentrations of Cr were measured and the calibration curve between the concentration of Cr in the samples and the spectrum tensity was established,its linear correlation coeffi-cient was 0.992,and get the chromium content in the samples.The samples were analyzed by principal component analysis. The conclusion can be used in classifi- cation and authentication of stream sediment.
