目的:研究双侧卵巢切除术所致绝经妇女绝经症状。方法:查阅本领域国内、外文献并进行归纳总结,并加以综述。结果:双侧卵巢切除术所致绝经与自然绝经对妇女的健康及生活质量影响相似,而双侧卵巢切除术所致绝经在血管舒缩症状、骨质疏松、心血管疾病等症状发生的速度及严重程度更加显著。结论:双侧卵巢切除术所致绝经与自然绝经之间的差异是有待大样本及随机双盲实验和循证医学的评价;行双侧卵巢切除前临床医生及患者需谨慎评估其利弊。

Objiective： To study the current clinical application and advancement of menopause symptoms after Bilateral oophorectomy.Methods. Literatures about surgical menopause symptoms published in China and abroad were collected and reviewed Results： Compared with the nature one, the surgical menopause has the similar impact on health and quality of life, but which caused by bilateral oophorectomy bear more faster and serious. Conclusion： the differences between surgical menopause and natural menopause is recognized, it yet should be further supported and evaluated both by large sample research in randomized double-blind control trails and evidence-based medicine; clinical doctors and patients need to evaluate the pros and cons carefully before Bilateral ooohorectomv.
