摘要
建立了一种对烟草包装材料中18种挥发性有机物进行检测的分析方法。采用三乙酸甘油酯为基质,利用静态顶空技术对样品进行前处理,处理后的样品进入气相色谱仪分离,分离组分由质谱仪鉴定分析。方法采用选择离子扫描模式对挥发性有机物进行定性、定量,提高了方法的灵敏度,从而获得较低的检出限和较高的回收率,方法检出限在0.002 mg/m2至0.052 mg/m2之间,回收率为86.77%~112.16%,RSD为0.93%~3.94%。
A method for determination of 18 kinds of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in cigarette packaging materials is developed .The VOCs are collected from a standard solution or samples with triace-tin as the substrate using a static headspace system ,then separated by GC and detected by MS .Selective ion monitoring mode (SIM ) is selected and the sensitivity of the method is increased resulting in lower de-tection limits and higher recoveries .The detection limits of the method are between 0 .002 mg/m2and 0 .052 mg/m2 ,the recoveries are 86 .77%-112 .16% ,the relative standard deviation(RSD) are 0 .93 %-3 .94 % .
