介绍了新型检定管自动分析仪的组成和检测原理,对5种有害气体检定管进行了标定,用标准气体对仪器的检测性能进行了测试。实验表明,气体检定管的一致性好,指示剂的变色长度与气体浓度呈线性关系,检定管自动分析仪检测时间短,精密度高,测量误差小于20%。

We present here the structure and basic measurement principle of a new detector tubes auto-analyzer .Five kinds of detector tubes were calibrated .We tested the new detector tubes auto-analyzer by standard gas .The result shows that the color length of the test tube has linear interrelation with the con-centration of gas .T his analyzer is rapid ,simple to determine the concentration of harmful gas .
