摘要
螺纹加工是数控车削的重要内容。传统的螺纹加工工艺很难满足螺纹生产效率和精度要求。本文以单线三角螺纹车削为例,运用宏程序编制数控加工程序能满足此类螺纹车削的需要,在控制螺纹车削走刀方式以及增加程序通用性方面具有独特的优势,为今后在数控车床上编制其它各类螺纹车削宏程序及其加工提供良好地借鉴。
The thread processing is much important content of turning in lathe. The traditional thread processing is hard to satisfy the production efficiency and precision of thread. In this paper, take the single triangle thread for instance, the macro program is able to be applied to meet the needs of this kind of thread turning. It has unique advantages both in tool path mode and in the generation of universal thread turning program. What' s" more important, it will provide production efficiency and precision highly and good reference to programming and processing all kinds of thread turning macro program in CNC lathe.
