摘要
传统的过滤设备采用单一滤室、间歇过滤,这种工作方式连续生产能力低,自动化程度不高。本文设计了一种采用压差控制、高压反冲清洗滤网截留杂质的多滤室的自动过滤系统。在反冲洗过程中其他滤室不受影响。多过滤室过滤器阀体结构较复杂,通过计算分析并采用ANSYS进行有限元分析,验证了所设计结构尺寸强度的合理性。
Traditional filtration equipment uses a single filter, intermittent filtration, which has low continuous production capacity and automation. A multi -filter chamber filtration with difference pressure control and high pressure back flushing impurities has been designed. Any other filters will not be affected in the process of backwash. The filter body of multi - fil- ter chamber filtration is complicated and it is proved reasonable through strength analysis by ANSYS.
