摘要
针对无螺栓挡板结构在先进航空发动机中的应用,本文考虑温度场、转速以及初始安装尺寸等因素的影响,展开双配合面无螺栓挡板结构设计技术的研究。通过分析挡板结构两个径向定位面处应力与变形的关系,得到挡板与涡轮盘的径向变形协调规律;根据径向变形协调关系,为挡板结构设计时,配合公差的选取提供科学依据;根据研究提出双配合面无螺栓挡板结构设计应遵循的一般原则,为双配合面无螺栓挡板结构的设计和工程应用提供科学的参考。
Boltless baffle has been applied in advanced aero - engines. In this paper, research on design technology of a double mating surface bohless baffle was carried out. Temperature field, speed and initial installation size were considered. By analyzing the relationships between stress and deformation on baffle' s two radial positioning surfaces, radial deformation coordination rules between baffle and turbine disk were obtained. According to the radial deformation coordination relation- ship, scientific basis was provided for the selection of tolerances, when the structure of baffle was designed. General struc- tural design principles of double mating surfaces bohless baffle were proposed according to the research, providing scientific reference for structure design and engineering applications of the double mating surfaces boltless baffle.
