Stable hook is the most basic technical of gantry crane operators, but also the crane operators must master the op- erating skills. This paper analyzes the reasons of the hook or hanging swing, from the perspective of mechanics to analysis the swing and stabihty of hooks, analysis under different working conditions and how to use the stable hook technology marks the rickety hanging down and with the crane running smoothly, from theory and practical this two aspects guide gantry crane drivers to learn the operating crane.
