正交实验法优选消肿止痛膏的提取工艺

Optimization of Extracting Technique by Orthogonal Experimental Method for Xiaozhong Zhitong Plaster

采用正交实验法,以欧前胡素的转移率为评价指标,对影响消肿止痛膏的提取效率的主要因素(提取次数、溶剂用量、溶剂比例、提取时间)进行考察,根据实验结果优选提取工艺。结果为最佳提取条件为:溶剂为80%的乙醇水溶液,溶剂量为药材量8倍,回流3次,每次1h。优选得到的提取工艺简便易行,稳定性好,可为医院制剂生产提供理论依据。

With the transferring rate of imperatorin as the evaluation indicator to study the major factors affecting the extracting efficiency, time of extraction, account of solvent, proportion of solvent and duration of extraction were examined by orthogonal experiment method. The optimization of extracting conditions were obtained by the experi- mental results. The best extraction conditions were 80 % ethanol as solvent, 8 times of solvent to the medicinal ma- terial, and 3 times of reflex each time for an hour. The extract technique selected was easy, simple and stable, which could provide a theoretical basis for the production of Xiaozhong Zhitong plaster.
