两类石膏空腔模无梁楼盖的构造与特点 被引量:15

摘要 利用贵州磷化工业产生的废弃磷石膏,通过低成本的降害处理后,加工成一定规格的空腔模壳,作为永久性模板,一次浇注混凝土形成密肋式无梁楼盖或空腹板架楼盖,称为石膏空腔模无梁楼盖。详细介绍了两类石膏模无梁楼盖的结构形式、构造及特点,并分析了他们的适用范围。在大柱网框架结构中,与常规梁板楼盖相比,石膏模无梁楼盖具有较大优势,主要体现在结构高度小、使用功能灵活、综合造价低、隔音效果好等方面。石膏模无梁楼盖具有较大的应用前景。 The abandoned phosphogypsum can be processed into gypsum embedded filler with certain specifica- tions by low-cost harm-reduced treatment. Gypsum embedded filler cast-in-place concrete hollow floor is on the basis of bidirectional bibbed slab floor or composite open-web plate frame structure. Details of these two floor systems and their structural forms, configurations, characteristics and their applications are introduced in this paper. Compared with conventional slab system, gypsum embedded filler cast-in-place concrete hollow floor has distinct advantages in terms of function, structure height, cost, and sound effects in the large column grid structure. The gypsum embedded filler cast-in-place concrete hollow floor can be widely used.
