摘要
以ZY8800/18/38D型掩护式液压支架为研究对象,利用Solidworks建立了三维模型,并利用Solidworks Motion插件进行运动仿真及运动优化,计算顶梁前端点运动轨迹及后连杆力的曲线图,明显缩短了支架的开发周期,为液压支架的设计提供了参考。
Takes the shielding hydraulic support of ZY8800/18/38D type as the study object. Buihs the 3D model by software Soliderworks, and carries out its kinematic simulation and optimal design by the plug-in Solidworks Motion. Obtains the canopy-tip' s moving track and the load curve of the connection rod link. The study shortenes the research and development period and provides a reference for hydraulic support design.
