双联离心风机全流场数值模拟研究

摘要 将SIMPLE算法与RNG k-ε湍流模型相结合,完成了双联离心风机系统及大空间全流场三维数值模拟。以进、出口压力为边界条件,采用运动参考系模型实现离心风机动-静交界面间的数据传递。基于离心风机流场的数值仿真,着重分析了速度场及压力场的分布规律。仿真结果对双联离心风机系统的优化设计具有重要参考意义。 Abstract. The 3 D entire flow field digital simulation of the hi-centrifugal fan system and that in the wider space are carried out by the combination of SIMPLE algorithm and RNG k-e turbulent model. The moving reference model is adopted for transferring data between the interfaces of the centrifugal fan' s rotating field and stationary field. Based on the digital simulation, the analysis is underlined at the distribution laws of velocity field and pressure field. The simulation results are of important significance for the optimal design of the bi-centrifugal fan system
