摘要
以一个电池保护电路为例,通过分析和安全火花试验结果,确认该保护电路的主电路中没有可靠性元器件,不能起到有效可靠的保护。为使该电路满足本质安全型电路的规定,提出了电池保护电路的解决方案,从而提高保护电路的安全性和可靠性,有助于设计人员理解国家标准和优化电路的设计。
Takes a protection circuit of battery as an example, by analyzing the results of safe spark tests, confirms that the main circuit cannot play the effective protection because the lack of reliability components. In order to make the circuit meet the requirements of intrinsically safe circuit, proposes the battery output protection circuit solutions. It improves the safety and reliability of protection circuit and helps designers to understand national standard and the optimized circuit design.
