摘要
分析了煤矿6 kV电网保护系统的现状和问题,提出了以基于IEEE1588精确时间同步技术解决时间同步的问题,为构建坚强的矿井电网打下基础;使用继电保护测试仪对6 kV电网保护系统进行第三方认证和检定,充分保证就地保护单元具备合格、一致的保护性能指标;就地保护单元(合并单元)同步采样,集中保护测控单元和集中判断的策略,解决了防越级跳闸问题的方案。
Analyzes the situation and problems of the coal mine 6 kV power protection system, and puts forward a solution. The problem of time synchronization of protection system is solved by IEEE1588 precision time synchronization technology. A strong foundation for the mine power grid is built. Relay tester should be used for the third-party certification and verification in 6 kV power protection system, to ensure that on-stie merging units have consistent protection performance indicators and the synchronous sampling unit. The concentrated judgement strategy provides us with a ideal solution to solve the problem of grade trip.
