摘要
针对当前煤矿广泛采用对旋轴流风机作为主通风设备的现状,提出了制定风机性能现场测试应遵守的基本原则,指出了该风机性能现场测试的关键技术和措施。研究表明:明确测试对象、风机入口流场较均匀是获得真实风机性能的前提条件,在缓变流截面测量流速、计算流量是精确测得风机性能的基本条件,矿用对旋轴流风机叶轮入口前环形通道内存在缓变流截面。实践证明所提基本原则和研究结果是正确的。
Counter rotating axial ventilator has now been widely used as the main ventilator at coal mines. The basic principles for field testing of the performance of the ventilators are put forward. Key techniques for performance testing are introduced. The study results indicate that a uniform flow field at the entrance is the prerequisite to obtain the real performance of ventilator; the basic condition for accurate measurement is to measure velocity at the gradually varied flow section. There is gradually varied flow section in the annular channel before the entrance of the impeller. It is verified by practice that the principles and results are correct.
