摘要 为进一步提高煤矿监测监控系统的电能质量,实现标准频率信号到CAN总线信号的转换,以AT89S52单片机为控制核心设计了本质安全型标准频率信号到CAN信号的转换器,并采用SJA1000 CAN总线控制器接口电路实现信号的远距离传输,重点介绍了转换器硬件电路及软件编制。调试结果表明,该转换器运行稳定可靠,适合于煤矿井下使用。 In order to improve the quality of mining monitor system, realizes the converter from standard frequency signal to CAN bus. Designs the frequency/CAN signal converter with the AT89S52 single chip computer as the control core, and realizes the long distance transmission of signals that adopts SJA1000 CAN bus controller interface circuit, introduces the hardware circuit and software of converter in details. This converter is designed according to the requirements of intrinsically safe circuit. The commissioning result shows that the converter operates stable and reliable, and suitable for operate at underground mine.
