摘要
针对铜矿峪矿的矿石性质及建设要求,对预先筛分设备进行了选型与计算,介绍了YKR超大型双层重型圆振动筛在试车期间存在的问题和处理措施,结果表明,采用双级减振系统进行设备优化后,减振效果显著。
Based on the ore properties and construction requirement of Tongkuangyu copper mine, this paper discusses selection and calculation of pre-screening, and introduces the problems in trial run of YKR super large double-deck heavy circular vibrating screen. The results show that double stage vibration isolation system has a remarkable effect on screening vibration isolation.
