摘要
阐述了黑启动方案制定时,黑启动电源可以来自系统内部有自启动能力的机组,也可以来自外部电源。主要研究基于外部电源作为黑启动电源的山西电网黑启动方案,山西电网主要分为四个区域电网,通过500 kV大房三回线、神保双回线、阳北双回线、潞辛双回线路与华北电网(除山西电网)相联接,山西电网黑启动电源可以由华北电网通过联络线提供,采用分区域并行启动方式。主要分析了中部电网的启动路径,分别研究了启动过程中的稳态电压控制和暂态过电压问题。
Blackout power source can not only be from the unit with self-starting capacity in the system, but also from an external power source. This paper mainly studies the blackout scheme for Shanxi power grid based on the external power supply as the blackout power source. Shanxi power grid is mainly divided into four regional power grids,connecting to north China power grid (besides Shanxi power grid)through 500 kV three current lines of Datong to Fangshan,double circuit lines of Shener to Baobei, double circuit lines of Yangquan to Shibei and double circuit lines of Lucheng to Xinan. The blackout power source for Shanxi power grid can be provided by north China power grid through the tie-line,using regional parallel starting mode. The startup path of central grid is mainly analyzed in the paper. The steady-state voltage control and transient overvoltage problem during the start-up is studied respectively.
