2,4-二-(5-甲氧基-2-噻唑基)吡啶的合成及其对Ag^+和pH值的荧光响应

摘要 以2,4-吡啶二甲酸为原料合成了2,4-二-(5-甲氧基-2-噻唑基)吡啶,并用红外光谱、核磁共振和质谱对其结构进行了表征.光谱研究表明,该化合物可作为Ag+和pH值(基于其在pH=1~6的范围内的双发射响应行为)的比率荧光探针. 2 ,4-di(5-methoxy-2-thiazoyl)pyridine (MTP) was synthesized by 2 ,4-pyridyl dicarboxylic acid and characterized by IR ,NMR and MS .A ratiometric fluorescence probe of pH (ranged from 1 to 6 based on the dual-emission of MTP) and Ag+ was observed for MTP .
