摘要
优化选择合理的路线是长输油气管道安全运行的基础。通过对长输油气管道进行风险分析,确定管道分段依据原则,总结管道事故特点,建立长输油气管道个体死亡概率计算方法及其简化算法。并结合对管道两侧影响区域网格划分方法的研究,确定长输油气管道潜在生命损失(PLL)计算方法。以PLL和个人风险可容许标准为约束指标建立长输油气管道选线方法。以西气东输某干线工程为例,运用该方法进行路线优选,方案2符合个人风险可容许标准且PLL较小,被确定为优选路线。
The optimal selection of route is essential for long-distance oil and gas transmission pipeline safe operation. Criteria and principles were established for pipeline section dividing based on risk analysis of oil and gas transmission pipeline. An individual death probability calculation method of oil and gas transmission pipeline and its simplified algorithm were set up after summarizing characteristics of pipeline accidents. A calculation method of PLL for oil and gas transmission pipeline was worked out based on stud- y of grid division method of influencing area along pipeline. With PLL and individual risk acceptable standard as constraint indexes, a route selection method of long-distance oil and gas transmission pipeline was worked out. This method was applied to a certain project of West-East gas transmission in China. The results show that selected route 2 meets individual risk acceptable standard and with a smaller PLL.
