体育教学有效衔接补偿机制研究

对体育教学衔接问题形态、影响制因及补偿机制进行分析,研究认为:体育教学衔接失衡是教育、经济、规制失灵等多种因素综合作用的结果。体育教学衔接的补偿机制主要通过形成机制、引导机制、实现机制、保障机制四个环节实现。应该建立以政府为主体的体育教学衔接补偿形成机制,以价值观复位为重心建立体育教学引导机制,以现代性反思为引领建立体育教学衔接实现机制,以实效性为指针建立体育教学衔接补偿保障机制。

Effective convergence in P. E. is the key for achieving the teaching objectives. In this paper, literature study and logic analysis were adopted to reveal the problems, influences and compensation mechanisms of the effective convergence. Imbalanced convergence was caused by educational, economic and regulatory failure. Compensation mechanisms was realized through the formation mechanism, guidance mechanism, execution mechanism and protective mechanism. It could be established through government dominated convergence mechanism, value oriented guidance mechanism and execution mechanism based on reflection.
