浅谈酒钢选烧厂浮选工艺在生产实践中的发展与进步

The Development of Flotation Process in the Production Practice in the Sintering Plant of JISCO

从生产操作、药剂制度、设备优化、节能降耗等方面,酒钢选烧厂浮选工艺都进行了一定程度的研究与实践。通过近几年的探索实践表明:该工艺在工艺参数、选别性能的提高等方面取得了较大的进步,且在诸多方面不断创造出一定的经济效益。

From the aspects of production operation, medicament system, equipment optimization, energy- saving and consumption-reducing, etc, the sintering plant of JISCO has studied on the flotation process in the practice. The exploration practice in recent years showed that the flotation process has achieved great progress in the improvement of the process parameters and performance, etc, and continuously created a certain economic benefit in many ways.
