本文从硬件和软件两方面介绍了Profibus-DP现场总线在西门子PLC S7-300与ABB变频器ACS800-01通讯中的应用,快捷而可靠地实现了信息数据的传输交换。该通讯方式已成功应用于酒钢集团宏兴股份公司炼轧厂大棒生产线交流电机调速控制。
The paper introduced the Profibus-DP field bus used in Siemens PLC S7-300 and ABB converter ACS800-01 communication application from two aspects of hardware and software, which has realized the information transmission and exchange quickly and reliablely. The communication method is successfully used to AC motor speed control in stick line in JISCO steelmaking and rolling plant.
