摘要 目的建立测定水氯甲痤疮凝胶剂中3组分含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用VP—ODSC18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,4.6μm),甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50:50:1.2)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为280nm,柱温为35℃,进样量为20μL,试验过程空调控温在25℃。结果水杨酸质量浓度在60~300μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;氯霉素质量浓度在30~150μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;甲硝唑质量浓度在15~75μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好。平均回收率水杨酸、氯霉素和甲硝唑分别为101.65%。100.71%和101.48%,RSD分别为0.78%,1.19%和1.22%(n=6)。结论该方法简单、灵敏、重现性好,可作为水氯甲痤疮凝胶剂中3组分的含量测定方法。 Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the contents of three components in Salicylic Acid Chloramphenicol Metronidazole Acne Gel. Methods The VP-ODS C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm, 4.6 μm) was adopted; the mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(50:50:1.2);the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm;the column temperature was 35 ℃ ;the injection volume was 20 μL,the air conditioning temperature was at 25 ℃ during the experimental process. Results The linear range of salicylic acid was 60- 300 μg/mL with an average recovery rate of 101.65%. The linear range of ehloramphenicol was 30- 150 μg/mL with an average recovery rate of 100.71%. The linear range of metronidazole was 15-75 μg/mL with an average recovery rate of 101.48% (n =6), RSD =0. 78%, 1. 19%, 1.22% (n =6). Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and better reproducible,can be used as the method for the content determination of three- components in Salicylic Acid Chlorampheni- col Metronidazole Acne Gel.
