Investigation and Analysis of 289 Cases of Special Patients' Medication Consultations

目的促进医院药房药师针对特殊人群的用药咨询工作质量。方法选择医院门诊289例特殊人员(孕妇、老人、未成年人监护人)用药咨询记录进行调查。结果与结论做好药房门诊的特殊患者用药咨询工作,可帮助患者提高合理、正确用药知识,从正确用药、减少误服和超量用药、不规范用药等方面起到辅助医疗作用。

Objective To investigate the management mode of the medication consultation that pharmacists answer the special crowd in the hospital pharmacy. Methods The pharmacists in the hospital pharmacy were selected for conducting the investigation on the consul- tation and demand of 289 special patients （pregnant women,elderly,minors＇ guardian）. Results The emphasis range of the demand of the special crowd was determined by the investigation and the effectiveness of the nation popularizing the health knowledge was investi- gated and surveyed. Conclusion Doing the consuhing work of the special crowd well in the hospital pharmacy can help the patients to increase the basic medical knowledge of rational and correct medication and plays an auxiliary medical role in the aspects of using medicine correctly and decreasing taking medicines by mistake,overdose medication and non- standardized medication.
