热淋清颗粒联合左氧氟沙星治疗泌尿系感染56例

Relinqing Granules Combined with Levofloxacin for Treating 56 Cases of Urinary Tract Infection

目的观察热淋清颗粒联合左氧氟沙星治疗泌尿系感染的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月至2013年12月收治的112例泌尿系感染患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各56例,观察组给予热淋清颗粒加左氧氟沙星治疗,对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗,观察2组患者的临床疗效、症状消除时间和尿细菌学改变。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为94.64%和82.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的症状(尿急、尿频、尿痛)和发热消失时间明显少于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后尿白细胞镜检结果较治疗前显著性减少(P<0.05);尿细菌培养(个/mL)中,治疗前后组内差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后对照组和观察组分别为(91±10)个/mL和(40±8)个/mL,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热淋清颗粒联合左氧氟沙星治疗泌尿系感染是有效方案,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Relinqing Granules combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of urinary tract infection. Methods 112 patients with urinary tract infection in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected as the research subjects and randomLy divided into the observation group and the control group,56 cases in each group. The observation group was given Relinqing Granules combined with levofloxacin treatment,while the control group was given levofloxacin treatment. The clinical effects, the time of symptoms disappearance and the urinary bacteriological change were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 94.64% in the observation group and 82. 14% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The disappearance time of the symptoms （urinary urgency,frequent urination,urinary pain） and fever in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group with statistical difference（P 〈 0. 05）;the microscopic examination results of urine WBC after treatment in the two groups were significantly reduced compared with before treatment（P 〈 0.05）;in the urine bacterial culture （mL） ,the difference between before and after treatment in each group had statistical significance, the urine bacterial culture after treat- ment was （91 ±10）mL in the control group and （40±8）mL in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Relinqing Granules combined with levofloxacin is an effective scheme for the treatment of urinary tract infection, and worth popularization in clinic.
