3.4 盐腌防腐的分析检测 3.4.1 盐水防腐的标准 合适的盐腌防腐皮的标准是水份含量在40.48％,盐的饱和度大于85％。这是原料皮在较好条件下贮存较长时间的最低标准。关于盐腌防腐的皮贮存多长时间是稳定的、安全的,目前尚有争议。
