摘要
在当前复杂的国际国内背景下,中国发展困难和成绩同在、挑战与机遇并存。中国发展战略遇到一些议论甚至是非议,如何看待当前中国发展战略,本文从经济改革的"退"与"进"、政治发展的"废"与"兴"、文化建设的"觉"与"信"、社会管理的"和"与"争"、对外政策的"软"与"硬"、国际地位的"独"与"群"这六个方面进行了初步探讨。
