To improve execution of party members and cadres is an important part of our party＇s ruling ability construction. There are some problems in execution of party members and cadres. 1. The executive main body is weak. 2. The policy is not enough scientific and democratic. 3. The mechanism is not smooth 4. The organizational environment and cultural atmosphere still need optimization. They are effective coun- termeasures of the execution of the party members and cadres to create the health organization and build a grand high-caliber cadres team.
