摘要 不断改进教学的方式方法,探索与坚持适合受教育者且成效明显的学习方法,是各类教育机构和教育工作者的天职。行动学习特别适用于从事生产实践、社会实践的成年人的教育培训。党校是党政干部培训轮训的主阵地。党校的学员大都是从事实际工作、需要解决实际问题的领导干部。根据行动学习法的特点,结合党校学员的身份特点,党校理应推广行动学习,并有责任为这种学习方法长效机制的建立有所建树,从而进一步推进教学改革,提升学员的学习成效,开拓党校教育的新局面。 It ’s vocation of educational institutions and educational worker that constantly improving educa-tion method and working, exploring and insisting on method that suitable and marked progress to the edu-cated man. Action-learning suits adult education and training that engaged in production and social prac-tice. Party school is the main land of training and round of training to governmental cadres. Party schools students are cadres that in practical and solving actual problem. According to the characteristics of action-learning, combination with party school ’s students status characteristics, party schools should spread ac-tion- learning and make a contribution to building up the long- term mechanism, promote the teaching reformation, enhance student ’s understanding, develop the new situation of education of the party school.
