“十二五”福建优化产业结构的难点与对策——以产业结构关联为视角

Difficulties and countermeasures of optimization of Fujian industrial structure during "12th Five-Year Plan" ——Based on the relevance of industrial structure

通过归纳有关产业发展的指导性政策,以1999-2012年统计数据为基础,分析福建省产业结构现状,分别对人均GDP与三大产业关系、高新技术产业与三大产业关系、各产业间关系进行回归分析,得出第一产业对人均GDP贡献最大,房地产业对人均GDP、GDP的影响不显著,高新技术产业与GDP存在负相关等结论,进而阐述"十二五"时期福建产业发展难点,并针对难点提出福建省"十二五"时期调整优化产业结构的对策建议。

On the basis of the guiding policies for development of the industries concerned and taking statistical data from 1999 to 2012 as foundation, the present situation of industrial structure in Fujian Province is analyaed, Linear regression is conducted re- spectively on the relation between per capita GDP and three major industries, the relation between high-teeh industry and three major industries, and the relation among industries. It is discovered that the primary industry plays the greatest role of increasing per capi- ta GDP, real estate industry has insignificant effect on per capita GDP and GDP, and there is a negative correlation between high- tech industry and GDP. Meanwhile the dittlculties of industrial development during ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ period in Fujian Province are illustrated, and the countermeasures for industrial structure adiustment and optimization are vrovosed.
