环境变迁、集体林权改革与林业经济增长——以广东为例

Environment changes,collective forest tenure reform and forestry economic growth——Taking Guangdong as a case

从林业管制放松视角,基于扩展的C-D生产函数,利用广东省林业经济相关数据,实证分析经济环境变迁下集体林权制度改革促进林业经济增长的作用机理。研究结果表明,随着中国市场化改革的推进,木材市场环境的改善对林业经济增长具有显著的积极影响,尽管制度因素的促进作用并不显著,但集体林权制度改革却显著地激发了农民的林业生产积极性,突显出对林业经济增长的积极作用。

From the perspective of forestry deregulation and based on the extended C-D production function, empirical analysis is conducted on the mechanism that collective forest tenure reform accelerates forestry economic growth under the economic environment change by using the forestry economic data of Guangdong Province. The results show that the improvement of timber market environ- ment has positive impact on forestry economic growth. Although the effect of collective forest tenure reform is not significantt it stim- ulates the farmem forestry production enthusiasm significantly and can reflect its positive role in the long term.
