北京市文化创意产业集聚区空间特征探析

Characteristics of spatial distribution of the cultural and creative industry agglomeration areas in Beijing

基于文化产业空间分布的理论,结合目前北京30个文化创意产业集聚区,将其聚集区产业类型和空间布局相结合,尝试对形成分布特征及其原因进行解释,结果表明:(1)北京文化创意产业空间集聚明显,主要集中在四环以内,更多地分布在城区北部;(2)创作型集聚区既需要高级创意人才又需要合适的创意环境,其布局偏向于高校或者自然条件合适的区域,通常出现产业链上下游企业聚集现象;(3)消费型集聚区主要以旅游文化为核心,布局在北京市人文底蕴深厚、自然景色优美、人流量大的地区;(4)复合型集聚区布局在市中心或CBD边缘区,与北京传统的文化生产、消费中心有延续关系;(5)创意产业集聚旧城,促使产业顺利转型,出现"新经济空间",而新区创意集聚区则成为地区经济文化的"增长极"。

According to the theory of spatial distribution of cultural industry, the paper examines the 30 cultural and creative industry agglomeration areas. And based on the type of creative industry agglomeration areas and their spatial distribution, the paper attempts to explain the relationship of the distribution cause and characteristics of the creative industry agglomeration areas. The conclusions are obtained as follows. （ 1 ）The agglomeration of Beijing cultural and creative industry is rather obvious, especially within the Forth Ring of Beijing, and the more ones located in the north of Beijing. （2）The creative types distribute around the universities Or the convenient transportation or the favorable natural conditions. （ 3 ） The types of consumption ones depend on the tourism culture, and they locates at the cultural centers or the scenic attractions. （4 ） The compound types distribute at the center of Beijing City or the edge of Beijing CBD. （ 5） The traditional industry transformed smoothly in these areas, and the new economic space appeared, and the cultural and creative industry agglomeration areas become the new growth pole.
