半导体激光联合赛肤润治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎疗效观察

Study on the Efficacy of Semiconductor Laser Combined with Sanyrene for the Treatment of Phlebitis Caused by Venous Indwelling Needle

【目的】探讨半导体激光联合赛肤润治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎的效果。【方法】将本院因静脉留置针所致静脉炎患者80例按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，每组各40例。试验组在患处皮肤区行半导体激光照射联合赛肤润涂抹，并辅以按摩；对照组按常规方法予50％硫酸镁湿敷，观察比较两组患者7 d后的疗效。【结果】试验组疗效明显优于对照组，试验组显效率为82．5％（33/40），明显高于对照组70％（28/40），且两组相比较差异有显著性（χ2＝3．56，P ＜0．01）。【结论】半导体激光联合赛肤润治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎疗效确切，且该方法操作简单，使用安全，患者易于接受，值得推广应用。

[Objective] To explore the efficacy of semiconductor laser combined with sanyrene on phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle .[Methods]A total of 80 patients with phlebitis caused by venous indwell-ing needle were randomly divided into observation group（ n =40） and control group （ n =40） .The observa-tion group was given semiconductor laser irradiation combined with sanyrene besmear in skin region of the af-fected area ,and supplemented by massage .The control group was given routine hydropathic compress with 50% magnesium sulfate .The efficacy of two groups 7d after treatment was observed and compared .[Results]The efficacy of observation group was obviously better than that of control group .The excellent rate of obser-vation group was 82 .5% （33/40） ,which was obviously higher than that of control group（70% ,28/40） ,and there was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈0 .01） .[Conclusion] Semiconductor laser combined with sanyrene For the treatment of phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle has certain efficacy ,simple operation and good safety ,and is easy to be accepted by patients ,so it is worthy of clinical promotion .
