在深入分析并整理国内外学者关于组织冗余、公司治理、企业绩效关系的基础上,分析了关于组织冗余与企业绩效、公司治理与企业绩效、组织冗余与公司治理、公司治理在组织冗余与企业绩效间的中介效应等关系研究的进展以及不足,为提高企业绩效的理论研究及实践方式提供参考依据。

Based on a comprehensive analysis on domestic and abroad research on relatioship between organizational redundancy, corporate governance and enterprise performance, this thesis summarizes achievements and deficiency about the relationship between organizational redundancy and enterprise performance,corporate governance and enterprise performance, organizational redundancy and corporate governance,mediating effect of corporate governance between organizational redundancy and enterprise performance,so that this study can provide valuable reference for improvement of enterprise performance in theoretical research and practice.
