摘要
自泰安市,新泰市教体局决定实施中小学体育联赛赛制以来,长跑项目越来越受到校领导及体育教练员的高度重视。长跑属周期耐力性竞速运动项目,训练负荷结构及节奏的合理安排性对训练效果十分重要,通过对耐力性项目的训练方法及训练内容的演进分析及训练经验的总结,认为有必要重视在准备期和竞赛期调整和采用好有氧训练和混氧训练的比例,提出有氧训练和混氧训练在准备期与竞赛期使用方法及控制负荷内容比例的一些实际数据,为高中体育特长生的耐力训练提供指导与借鉴。
