摘要
我国电网规划环境影响评价研究正处在起步阶段,缺乏成熟的理论方法和可借鉴的实例。常州市"十二五"电网发展规划环境影响评价是江苏省电网规划环境影响评价的试点项目,结和实际工作中遇到的困难及该项目评价指标体系的构建,分析了电网规划环评中存在的问题并提出相应的建议。
The research of Environmental impact assessment （EA） of power grids plan in Chi- na is still at the starting stage, lack of mature theory and Referential examples. The EA of Changzhou ＂second five＂ grid development plan is the pilot project of Jiangsu Electric Power Company. Combined with difficulties and establishing index system in this work, some existing problem and suggestion are analyzed in this paper.
