AIRSEA SystemⅡ中新型液压缓冲器的设计与分析

摘要 海洋重力测量是在动态环境中进行的。为了提高测量精度,当前AIRSEA SystemⅡ在海洋重力传感器吊桶下使用8根液压缓冲杆来制衡测量船的扰动,但仍存在易老化、缓冲差等问题。为此,利用4个新型液压缓冲器置于吊桶底部来代替传统的8根液压缓冲杆,增加传感器在恶劣气候下工作的稳定性。数值仿真模拟计算及海上试验数据证实,新型液压缓冲器能有效扩大测量范围并获取高精度数据。 Sea gravity measurement is conducted under dynamic conditions .In order to increase the measurement precision ,eight hydraulic bumpers were used in the sea gravimeter sensor bucket of AIRSEA system II to decrease the perturbation of the sur-vey boat ;however ,such problems as easy to aging and poor buffer still exist .Therefore ,four new hydraulic bumpers were placed on the bottom of the sensor bucket to improve the stability of the sensor under severe weather conditions ..Numerical simulation and experimental data confirmed that the new hydraulic bumper can effectively extend the measurement range and acquire data with high accuracy .
