高职院校职业生涯规划教育的不足与发展策略

高等职业教育的核心是其针对行业的职业技能培养,其教学以职业定位为导向,对学生进行系统的职业生涯规划教育是职业院校发展的一个关键环节。目前职业院校的职业生涯规划教育还有很多不足,存在很多困境亟待解决。结合实际教学提出了一些解决方案,为高职院校的职业生涯规划教育提供新的思路,从而提升高职院校的综合竞争力。

High vocational education should orient at career. The vocational colleges should give system career planning education for the student. But at the moment, the career planning education of vocational colleges still exist many dififculties and need to be addressed. The paper gives some thinking and ways, to give vocational colleges a new way of career planning.
